If you have purchased a watch on the Kechiq marketplace and have any doubts about its authenticity, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and a dedicated team will take care of your case and work out a solution between you and the seller.
In the event that an immediate solution to your case cannot be found, you will receive a refund directly from Kechiq thanks to the Purchase Protection service.
If the return request is made within 14 days of delivery of the product, a refund will be made. From the 15th day onwards, the product cannot be reimbursed in cash but a coupon code of the same value as the order will be forwarded to be used within 12 months of the date of issue.
If the watch has not been delivered or does not correspond to the description given by the retailer, the purchase price will be refunded. In the event of a return, the refund will be made quickly and easily.
